To welcome the season changes will be getting comfortable and settling into a beautiful restorative wellness workshop full of oracle readings restorative long hold poses Reiki, and Sound. Starting in a gentle floor based flow moving towards extra long hold Restorative poses where we will each receive Reiki before finishing the workshop with the powerful healing sounds of the Large symphonic Gong, the wind Gong and the planet with Himalayan bowls for a 45 minute Gong bath. A Beautiful nourishing event to enjoy alone of with a friend.

The Yoki Way Yurt Moon View House Higher Westonfields Totnes TQ9 5QZ To access the Yurt, there is a short downhill walk down the garden and the lawn to reach it from the road. Please wear shoes suitable for walking on grass, as it may be wet and a little Slippy after rain. Please tread slowly and carefully as you come down through the lawn, as the lawn is set on a slight incline. Absolutely no parking in the small cul de sac itself, parking must be on the main road If you are walking up from the main town please allow a little extra time for the incline as we are higher up the hill than Totnes town As you arrive and as you leave, I ask that conversations are kept to a hush This began as a way protect the quiet of the local area, but I have found it to be something more meaningful. Entering in hushed voices is a way to prepare for the stillness and rest you are about to experience. Leaving in the same gentle way honors the space you have taken for yourself before you step back into the wider rhythms of daily life.
