​Offering 1-1 Energy & Sound Sessions in Totnes, sessions for two people, as well as group private hire group sessions (up to 5 people)​​

These beautiful sessions are restorative experiences created to settle the nervous system and bring you back into balance.

​

For the  1-1 and two person sessions, you’ll be lying on the low wooden lounger, cushioned by four inches of foam and a special crystal healing mat.

The lounger is shaped in a soft wave that supports the natural curves of your body, offering comfort and alignment without effort.

​

In fact, you may start to notice how the body begins to unfurl even before the Reiki and sounds begins, supported by the wave-like shape of the lounger beneath you.

On the surface of your mat seven rows of tiny crystals align with your body’s chakras.

These are gently warmed by infrared heat, helping to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage a sense of flow. Crystals like amethyst also release negative ions when heated, which are thought to support relaxation and emotional wellbeing.

​For the private hire group sessions your mats, blankets, cushions, sheepskin rugs and all other comfort items will be set up waiting for you when you arrive.​

​

As the session begins you'll first hear the large crystal singing bowl's clear sounds to envelope the space.

Tuned to 440Hz, a well know frequency in modern music, we start with this  bright instrument to support the body and mind as you sense yourself settling into the space and the treatment.

Reiki energy then begins, inviting you to feel calm and connected.

This ancient form of energy work supports the body’s natural ability to restore and re balance, guiding you into a quieter, more present state.

.​After the Reiki energy draws to a close, a series of multiple gongs including a large symphonic and other instruments are then introduced, creating waves of vibration that move over and through you.

​

Sound frequencies travel deep, helping to release physical tension, quiet the mental chatter, and encourage the body into a state of rest and repair. The playing style in each session is tailored to allow space for whatever your system(s) need most on the day.

As the Gongs draws to a close, you’ll hear the soft sound of koshi chimes throughout the space, signaling a gentle transition into silence - held for a few minutes to allow the vibration to integrate as the session draws to a close.
