​Offering Energy and Sound sessions as well as traditional 1-1 Reiki sessions​​​

Both treatments are deeply restorative experiences designed to settle the nervous system and bring you back into balance.

​

For the duration of each of your sessions, you’ll be lying on the lovely low wooden lounger, cushioned by four inches of foam and a special crystal healing mat. This is no ordinary lounger-it’s shaped in a soft wave that supports the natural curves of the body, offering comfort and alignment without effort.

 

Reiki begins, inviting you to connect. This ancient form of energy work supports the body’s natural ability to restore and re balance, guiding you into a quieter, more present state.

You may start to notice how the body begins to unfurl, supported by the wave-like shape of the lounger beneath you. On the wooden loungers surface, seven rows of tiny crystals align with the body’s chakras.

These are gently warmed by infrared heat, helping to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage a sense of flow. Crystals like amethyst also release negative ions when heated, which are thought to support relaxation and emotional wellbeing.​

As the Reiki draws to a close, you’ll hear the soft sound of koshi chimes - signaling a gentle transition, with time to talk about your experience should you wish.

If you've booked in to the 90 minute Energy & Sound session then after the Reiki energy settles, a series of multiple gongs - including a large symphonic - are then introduced, creating waves of vibration that move over and through you.

​

Sound frequencies travel deep, helping to release physical tension, quiet the mental chatter, and encourage the body into a state of rest and repair. Each session is personally tailored, allowing space for whatever your system most needs on the day.
