Step into a Saturday night experience created for up to 5, sink into 2 hours of complete renewal. with your chosen group. The session starts with oracle card reading for each of you, and blends Reiki energy healing with the power of a private sound journey, wrapping you all in a journey that soothes the nervous system, clears stagnant energy and restores balance. We begin with an oracle reading for each of you, offering a gentle insight to open the space. Reiki follows, inviting calm and grounding before the vibrations of a gong bath take over. Waves of sound ripple through every cell, easing tension, supporting circulation and guiding you into a deep meditative state. When you arrive your yoga mat, bolster, blankets and cushions are already set up for you to begin to get comfterbal straight away. For two of you (you choose) there will also be two crystal heat mats to lie on, radiating gentle infrared warmth that penetrates deeply into the tissues. The mats are set with seven rows of beaded chakra crystals, aligning with your body’s natural energy centers. Infrared heat has been shown to ease stiffness, support detoxification, improve circulation and promote cellular repair, while the crystals enhance energetic flow and balance. The result is a cocoon of warmth, grounding and subtle vibrational healing. I find the group usually knows who in their party should get one of these during their session. Around you, layers of comfort invite you deeper, with sheepskins, blankets and soft cushions. Eyes open, you can watch the flames dancing in the log burner and fairy lights glowing in the space. Eyes closed, the eye pillow helps you drift into the inner world while the gong’s resonance carries you further into release. This is an experience to share, with friends, and family. Together as a private group you will receive the gifts of Reiki, sound therapy and crystal healing in a space designed to hold you in comfort, connection and peace. We close with a small piece of chocolate, a simple sweetness to bring you back into the body before you step out into the Totnes night. Led by a Reiki Master and fully qualified Sound therapist, these special sessions in Totnes offer a rare chance to combine energetic light touch and sound in one restorative journey. Please wear shoes suitable for walking on grass, as it may be wet and a little Slippy after rain. Please tread slowly and carefully as you come down through the lawn, as the lawn is set on a slight incline. Absolutely no parking in the small cul de sac itself, parking must be on the main road If you are walking up from the main town please allow a little extra time for the incline as we are higher up the hill than Totnes town As you arrive and as you leave, I ask that conversations are kept to a hush This began as a way protect the quiet of the local area, but I have found it to be something more meaningful. Entering in hushed voices is a way to prepare for the stillness and rest you are about to experience. Leaving in the same gentle way honors the space you have taken for yourself before you step back into the wider rhythms of daily life.
