Service Description

Reiki, Restorative Yoga and Sound 3Hr seasonal series - Winter Solstice Working through a slightly different format to the popular three hour restorative yoga and sound sessions, this offering brings something familiar from the beautiful restorative Yoga and the low vibration of the Gong’s yet with a special focus. This time we gather in circle around the energy of the solstice, weaving together Reiki, Yoga and Sound and solstice inspired spoken word woven seamlessly in and out over three hour period to create a deep container for rest, reflection and renewal. We will hold well propped and cushioned grounding yoga practices, accessible to all bodies, to release tension and open the breath, while we experience the stillness of Reiki, a gentle energy practice that encourages deep relaxation and connection with your natural vitality. During the session 3 separate short Gong journeys will be immerse you in resonant waves from multiple gongs, carrying you into a place of spaciousness where time softens and the body remembers its own rhythm. The solstice marks a turning point in the wheel of the year, a threshold between darkness and light. It is an invitation to pause, to honor the long day, and to listen for the quiet wisdom that rises in stillness. We can use this time to reflect on growth. No experience is necessary. All equipment provided, Simply bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an openness to pause and receive. This is an opportunity to gift yourself time to slow down, honor the season, and reconnect with your own inner cycles.

The Yoki Way Yurt Moon View House Higher Westonfields Totnes TQ9 5QZ (Moon view is next to house number 73) To access the Yurt, there is a short downhill walk down the garden and the lawn to reach it from the road.  Please wear shoes suitable for walking on grass, as it may be wet and a little Slippy after rain. Please tread slowly and carefully as you come down through the lawn, as the lawn is set on a slight incline. Absolutely no parking in the small cul de sac itself, parking must be on the main road If you are walking up from the main town please allow a little extra time for the incline as we are higher up the hill than Totnes town As you arrive and as you leave, I ask that those that come in pairs or a small group keep conversations are kept to a hush This began as a way protect the quiet of the local area, but I have found it to be something more meaningful. Entering in hushed voices is a way to prepare for the stillness and rest you are about to experience. Leaving in the same gentle way honors the space you have taken for yourself before you step back into the wider rhythms of daily life. Booking policy reminder; Refunds or a credit to be used across any of the services can be done 48Hours before your sessions starts. As this is a small group session so the 48 hours allows enough time for me to re sell your space
